The Civicance Team welcomes a new addition!

We’re excited to announce our latest addition to the Civicance Team.

Steve Mansfield has joined our Building Control team as a Principal Building Control Engineer.

Having worked within Building Control for 32 years Steve brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Throughout his career Steve has overseen Building Regulations compliance on various projects both Domestic and Commercial and will continue to assist Builders, Architects, Business owners, and homeowners through the Building Regulations Compliance process.

Based in Leek, Steve will also continue to provide site inspections on behalf of the Alliance between Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak Councils, through the memorandum of understanding with Cheshire East Council.  This initiative ensures the continued delivery of a first class Local Authority Building Control service to residents of the Alliance, continuing to assist residents and businesses alike.

The appointment confirms once again the authority’s commitment to providing a high quality and resilient Building Control team with appropriate resources to deliver the excellent service that’s expected and required.
